These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Pink Rose Gardening (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides garden maintenance, landscaping, and related services to our clients. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We offer a range of gardening services including but not limited to:
- Garden maintenance
- Landscaping and planting
- Lawn care
- Seasonal tidy-ups
- Bespoke garden design
All services will be agreed in writing before commencement. Any changes or additions must also be agreed upon in writing.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. If additional work or materials are required, we reserve the right to revise the quote accordingly.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For ongoing contracts or larger projects, staged or monthly payments may be arranged.
We accept payment via bank transfer. Late payments may incur interest and/or lead to suspension of services.
4. Cancellations
We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Short-notice cancellations may be charged a fee to cover lost time and planning.
5. Access
Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the property, including unlocking gates or informing others of our visit. If access is not granted at the agreed time, a call-out charge may apply.
6. Waste Disposal
We will remove green waste if agreed as part of the service. Disposal fees may apply depending on volume and local regulations.
7. Health & Safety
We take all reasonable steps to work safely and to protect clients, visitors, and staff. Please keep pets and children away from work areas during scheduled visits.
8. Property Damage
While every care is taken, we are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing issues (e.g. fragile fencing, old paving). Any damage caused by us due to negligence will be repaired at our expense.
9. Use of Photos
We may take before-and-after photos for our portfolio and social media. We will never share your address or identifying details. If you’d prefer we don’t use images of your property, please let us know in writing.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of the work being completed. We’ll aim to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
